There is a saying about entrepreneurs and business builders on the web. It goes, “ Entrepreneurs work 80 hours a week, so that they don’t have to work 40.” Its the second week of VB18 with NTUitive. And i have to say, this is some intense shit.

I cannot remember the last time i had a good night’s sleep. And even when i do get time for sleep, i’m dreaming about the product, the transactions, the logistics - and as i’m writing this blog post, i am living life in autopilot. Funny thing is, i feel super energized, its crazy how every waking moment, all i can think about is this new project.

Rosa says we’re ahead of the programme, but i guess you could attribute it to Ann Chai, our Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR), who from the get-go gave us the grand vision. Dawn and I worked tirelessly, creating pitch deck after pitch deck, brainstorming
target customers, dreaming about new markets. But when we got our first discussion with Ann Chai, ideas were totally scraped and we had to restart.

There’s a lot more to do for the next week, but i am grateful from the support from the rest of my fellow batch mates in VB18, who constantly gives encouragements and support.
I believe, that the world will succeed when we stop being competitive, and start being collaborative. The quote of the week, ‘ let’s make money together. ‘

Til next week, goodnight world, Ryan Out.
